A lot of food banks give out expired food. I wouldn’t worry about expired food unless it’s something that’s extremely perishable like dairy, fresh baked goods or produce.

If it is not soiled then yes. Im gonna say just because it is logical that the experation date is not correct because if the food expired on that exact day then you would tast it the day befor.
