What are the best natural cold remedies that are pregnancy safe?

2 tablespoons raw honey, 1/2 lime squeezed, raw ginger about 4-6 slices thin pieces in hot tea three times a day & eat the ginger after.

I make a large mason jar filled with fresh squeezed orange juice, honey, a tiny dash of cayenne pepper, fresh grated ginger & garlic (if your stomach is upset) and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Shake it all up until it’s combined and I take little shots throughout the day. I typically put Apple Cider Vinegar in it as well but I’ve heard you can’t have that during pregnancy? So I’d just do everything else, works wonders!
That and saline drops & a Neti pot 🙌🏼

Honey and cinnamon 
Eat as much raw ginger as you can stand- take chunks and steep in boiling water for tea.
These 2 remedies saved me this week - came down with a terrible cold and was able to limit it to 2 days- am on the mend now and feel better. Off to eat more ginger!!

Soaking your feet in garlic water is stinky but it really does a lot. A few drops of olive oil in your ears for a few minutes can help congestion. Peppermint tea is great for an itchy throat.
