Motivation and accountability!!

Yay ladies can you believe that we already part way through July, that means August will be here before we know it!! I am someone that worked out prior to being pregnant and would like to ease back into it post baby. I'm looking to see if any new mommies are in the same boat and want to do a challenge group together starting sept 1st. We will keep one another motivated and accountable for our workouts. I am not trying to push it to hard to fast so we would ease into it together. If interested please let me know. :-) this is a journey that I'm looking forward to, I want to be healthy for myself and my little peanut!
