Help me read this.

Please somebody can tell me what this means I know its a bit early Im 10 days post IUI but they gave me this tests at the clinic but no instructions or how to read them and I’ve never use this ones before... I think its a negative but I don’t get the minus and plus signs on the top or the bottom where it has a blank square and then a line in a square so don’t know.

Please help!
