So, I’ve been on a birth control patch for two years and decided to stop like a month ago, well then I started to use the eve app to help me keep track of my period.. well I haven’t started my period at all and I was a little nervous so I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative? So idk what’s going on with my period? I’ve been on birth control for 7 years and I don’t know how normal my period is?

Since you have been on birth control for a long period of time your body is trying to adjust back to normal. You should give your body anywhere from 3-6 months because of the hormones in the body. You may find it beneficial to do a detox to help move along all those hormones. There is also many natural ways to get your period back on track. Sorry for all the info but hope this helps!
