First ultrasound!

I'm going in for my first ultrasound today at 5w6d. I'm so nervous. Yesterday, I had horrible gas pains, and today, aside from tender breasts, I feel amazing! I'm just nervous that they won't see anything, or something will go wrong. Last pregnancy, I miscarried the night after my first ultrasound. Please send some positive thoughts my way!! Here goes nothing!
