Have you ever been abused in a relationship?

Question

I’m talking about being abused by your partner. And it doesn’t have to have been a big things. I don’t only mean getting beaten up etc. It could be hits or slaps here or there, the little things add up and count. Or being forced into sex. Or being insulted or put down.
Feel free to share your story or simply just vote. Wondering how many people/women experience abuse at some point in their lives.

My ex used to mentally abuse me and i would take it bc he was my first “boyfriend” he used to call me a bitch and a dumbass and storm off whenever i caught him in a lie. He also used to be forceful sexually. Having sex with me even when i would say no or stop. So i would just lay there and wait for him to be done. He also cheated throughout the entire relationship with multiple women. I didn’t even feel like myself in this relationship, when i found out he cheated i cried and would hit him in his chest or whatever trying to get a reaction and he only pushed me back forcefully once. He never hit me back.

This might be a little long, but I've been in 3 abusive relationships. The first one threw a knife at me once, then threw my Playstation at my pregnant dog's belly and loaded a rifle and pointed it at my dog saying he was going to kill her (I was between the gun and dog too). I left him. The second guy picked me up and threw me across the kitchen where I landed on my tailbone, and then got on top of me and choked me til I saw white. Then, he held me hostage in a room for an hour or so calling me a cheating whore and everything else, and shoved me while my baby was in my arms. He also got on top of me and started punching my head and face. I ran out of there at 3 in the morning in shorts and barefooted through snow and ice with my 16 month old and got to safety, and left that night. The third guy, he ended up treating me like I was his sex slave and began to hide me from his family and friends. He would confuse me and lead me on for 2 years telling me that he cared about me, but it was just sex for him. This was after he was madly in love with me for a few months, but then things changed, and it was hard to get away from him, but I eventually did. Needless to say, I am broken at just 25 years old, and I do not get into relationships now unless we are going to get to know each other for a long time first.
