WHAT TO DO AFTER RECURRENT CHEMICAL?!?!

Hi ladies,
Tomorrow I have my follow-up appointment with the doctor. I’ve had two frozen transfers and both have been a chemical pregnancy. The first FET was with one embryo and the second FET with two embryos yet still same result. Of course I’m devastated and terrified of this happening again with only two embryos left!!! So I guess what I’m asking have any of you gone through a similar situation, do you know what should I’d be asking? According to my doctor everything looked perfect before both transfers, all tests, embryos, lining, just want some answers! Any help, any insight will be greatly appreciated 👐🏼

We had done all tests and also had embryos PGS TESTED . 2 failed Fet’s later, we did ERA TEST to ensure uterus was receptive and it came back semi-receptive. So, third round of FET we did with extra 12 hours of Progesterone supplement and voila I am pregnant (22 weeks currently)
Highly recommend ERA testing and also PGS testing if you can financially. With everything you are investing financially, emotionally and physically - each try should be worth it. All the best !

I’ve heard other women do an era test after 2 failed transfers. I think it’s an endometrium receptivity analysis.

So sorry to hear about your losses. What tests have they done? Did you have PGS done to look for chromosomal abnormalities? That is definitely something I would consider if not because some embryos can look pretty and be highly graded but that doesn’t always correlate with their genetic makeup and most aneuploidy (extra chromosomes) are nonviable. 
I would also consider getting carrier testing done for you and your partner. It could be that you both are carriers for the same disease. Do you have a bleeding disorder or any run in your family? Some aren’t diagnosed until pregnancy like Factor V Leiden which causes blood clots and can lead to recurrent miscarriages. Systemic diseases like lupus can also cause recurrent miscarriages. Do you have diabetes or high blood pressure? Uncontrolled diabetes and hypertension are also associated with miscarriages.
Just some questions off my head that I would bring up with your doctor to try and do some more investigating. Let me know if you have any questions! Wish you the best!!
