Premama - my-inositol shortened/lightened my period

So before I tried premama my cycles were 40-70 days long and very irregular and my period lasted 7 days plus 2-4 days of spotting in the beginning. I took premama for 2 cycles and used 3 26ct boxes. I stopped taking it 2 cycles ago and now my period lasts 3-4 days with 1-3 days or spotting. And instead of a heavy flow like before I have a light to medium flow. So should I be alarmed in the drastic change of my cycle? Or just be glad that it regulated it? And see how long it lasts?
