So we finally saw a fertility specialist today after a year of trying and he explained that if we have a trip anywhere that has Zika that it will postpone our treatment 6 months!!! So upsetting!! We have our best friends wedding in August in Mexico so he said We’d have to wait. This is such a bummer. Has anyone else had this happen? Is this typical?

We’re both so torn on what to do.... we’ve already paid for the trip and most likely wont get our money back. But on the same token we’ve been trying so long we don’t to wait any longer.
