I walked in on my best friend and boyfriend of 3 years having sex it has really taken a toll on me even 5 months later I’m not sure how to move on from this... both show “regret” but thats unforgivable

It’ll take time but forgive them ultimately for yourself. They don’t deserve your forgiveness whatsoever but you deserve peace. And absolutely do NOT keep them in your life, at least for the time being. Or forever. Whichever you feel is best for you.
