Mirena IUD
I just got the Mirena less than a week ago due to excessive bleeding after coming off the nuva ring (made me sick so can't go back on) and after a PCOS diagnosis . I've been cramping pretty bad (worse in the afternoons) since and having a light bleed. Just wanting to get others experiences -- how long did you bleed and cramp for??
