TTC with complications

My boyfriend and I are trying to get pregnant, we haven’t used protection whole time been together. We don’t have sex a lot though and I have been told it would be difficult due to an etopic and ovarian cyst. My insides are scarred up bad. Has anyone else had anything like that and succeed on getting pregnant or know of ways to possibly help chances? Thank you.
