Bleeding?

18weeks and wake up with slight nose bleeds often :/ anyone know a reason why?

It’s pretty common. It happened to me early on  It’s an increase in blood in our bodies.

It’s due to increased blood in our bodies. I’m 39w 4d and started having nose bleeds at about 38w. 
All ok 😊

I did with two of my pregnancies. I bought a humidifier and it fixed it.
