So I just started temping again since my thermometer broke.... the massive dip was Friday when I had spotting for 24 hours.... why did it go so high then back down again today????

My chart does the same thing. It’s normal and just the normal fluctuations of our temps and hormones. It will likely stay down for a bit and then you’ll ovulate and see the temp spike up and probably higher than your current “high” temp. I’ve attached my chart so you can see what I mean. And I stop temping during my period to give myself a little break each month.

Could anyone help me?
