How many cycles before a successful pregnancy? This is my second cycle and we have been trying for over a year.

I'm on my second cycle too. Been off birth control for 10 months now. No luck yet.

I did 3 cycles at 2.5mg, then 2 cycles at 5mg, got pregnant on the last one

How many rounds of femara did you do? And did you have a positive result? Sorry I don't know how long ago this post is. And did you have trigger shots or iui or anything like that? Also trying over a year. Am in round 2 of 2.5mg. Taking it from CD3-5. Really thought the 1 round would work, as we BD'd days 9-16 every alternate day and I honestly felt pregnant but it wasn't. I have read so many stories of 1st round femara pregnancies so I'm feeling worried now. Just finished the last tablet and today. On CD7.
