Natural meds!
Hi,
I'm currently taking ovasitol (my-inositol & d-chiro inositol) twice a day, which I only started a couple of days ago! I'm hoping it promotes regular ovulation as I don't ovulate every month but I do have 28-31 day cycles. I was wondering if I added vitex if this could work along side it? Anyone ever taken both? Thanks! ❤️
