positive opk??

I am currently a nursing mom ttc baby 2! I think I finally ovulated because I was having ewcm, some cramping and tender sore breasts (first time since baby 1) I then took a random opk test and I think it's positive , we baby danced Sunday and yesterday , but with breastfeeding I haven't had a period in 18 months ! so I have no clue about my cycle- does this look positive to you ?
