Umm, whoa! ⬆️⬆️⬆️ super big rise again today which is unusual for me BUT I was hot and restless last night and didn’t sleep great 🤷🏻‍♀️ so crazy. I don’t usually have big spikes so this was alarming to me 😂

Also I did a cervix check this morning, and it felt a little different to me. Maybe more closed? I’m not a professional AT ALL when it comes to this and I only noticed because throughout my whole cycle it always seems slightly open. I guess it’s normal to feel a little open at all times if you’ve had kids before 🤷🏻‍♀️ so who knows, maybe it is or maybe I’m imagining it 😂

My nipples seem a little tender/sore but that’s about it. Otherwise everything feels normal for me.
