Had a great appointment yesterday. The nurse practitioner showed us the arms and legs and spine. The heart beat was 163bpm, during my 8 week 1 day appointment it was 169bpm (she said it’s bound to drop some more too the further along)

She measured my little one at 11 weeks and 4 days. Which surprisingly last time was also the case 8 weeks and 4 days.

So excited. I have my testing next week at 12 weeks 1 day. Then I go back again to see my OB at 14 weeks then once a month after that.

Some symptoms I’m having:

- super bad migraines (on hot days - I have been chugging water - might be due to dehydration)

-calf pain on both legs - doctor said that is blood flow. If it’s one leg and it’s soar and red then that is likely blood clots (good info)

- nausea always in evenings (I have only puked 2 times, both on my migraine days)

- still tired - but that seems to be wearing off a little bit.

- I have been quite emotional lately too. Toward everything.

- I have a small bump now
