Wiped blood?!

Ladies, I'm 28+3 and wiped red blood?! It wasn't much but of course it scares me. I'm also having some cramps and pressure down low. Is everything okay?

I have had brown spotting a couple of times, also red blood in the first trimester, but my OB told me any red bleeding in the 2nd or 3rd trimester needs to be evaluated asap.

Any blood associated with cramping needs to be evaluated by your ob/midwife

I'd contact your doctor. I had dark brown spotting a few weeks ago and, although my doctor said it happens sometimes, she still had me come in to be evaluated. Better safe than sorry.
