Cutting out bread 🤔

I decided today I really want to cut out bread and pasta from my diet to help with my weight loss..

However .. I JUST started eating oatmeal for breakfast.. as in like 3 days ago. Should I cut it out too? Since its grain?

Normally my breakfast is greasy fried potatoes with cheese and smoked sausage ...

I’ve exchanged that for a serving of oatmeal with a dash of cinnamon.

Do you think that will effect my weight loss?
