Can I get another breast pump if I change insurance?

I was wondering if my new insurance company would be able to tell I got a breast pump through my last insurance policy... I haven’t ordered it yet but our insurance changes next month when my husband starts his new job.

My coworker had an insurance change during her pregnancy. She was allowed one breast pump per insurance. That allowed her to keep one at work and one at home. If you are going back to work, those things seem to be a pain to take back and forth. 
I currently have two insurances (because one covers infertility and the other covers everything pregnancy related) and I will get one from each insurance.
