LH surge

Last month I had my LH surge on CD 15. Today is CD 15 for me this month and my surge hasn’t started. Could my opk’s that I bought last month not be working now or should I just keep testing? Is it possible that I might just not ovulate this month? Thanks for any advice this is only my second month using opks!
