Do you believe the saying: Drunk words are sober thoughts?

I've been told my whole drinking life that drunk words are sober thoughts. Even when I questioned if the person saying them rememebers them or not I was told that it's the same thing.

Yes and no. I believe you may say things that you think of when sober but they often come out much more dramatic, big and potentially hurtful when drinking!

I think it's what you think subconsciously, but you just have the courage to say/do things since alcohol makes you feel good and carefree. I voted yes because I've always heard that, and I somewhat think there's some truth to it
