first time flying, first time to Mexico

hello ladies, I hope everyone is having a wonderful day. I'll be leaving to Mexico really soon in this little town that's in Jalisco. this is my very first time going to Mexico. do I need or is there any shots that are required before leaving? I also have another question since it's my first time to Mexico it's also my first time flying on a plane I'm really scared because, I've heard people saying that the take off and the landing feel more scary. I want to know how does it really feel can someone describe it to me ?
