officers asked me if I had any children living with me I said yes (my son is 3) he said he was a sex offender and he shouldn’t live here so close to us! I was mind blown! idk how long I’ve been living next to a sex offender and not knew it ,been living here for years and those new neighbors just moved about 6 months ago !

I live in a overall good neighborhood half a block from a high school and a block from an elementary school ! Most nights we leave our sliding door open because we’re on the second floor and the neighborhood is “safe”..Can’t fathom how close someone like that was/is to us without our knowledge,scary feeling !
