So, this is my 4th cycle of femara with the fertility dr and I'm feeling more frustrated and confused than ever. I have PCOS with insulin resistance and just switched from regular release to extended release because my insulin level went up on the regular release. Last month I had a chemical pregnancy. This month I had a HSG and everything looks good. But, I had my follicle scan today and my largest follicle was only 16 mm. He told me not to trigger until Sunday! That seems like a really long time. I've never triggered that many days into my cycle. Plus, the last cycle my follicle was only 15mm and he only had me wait two days. What do you girls think?
