Good/bad doctors appts?

After 14 months of ttc me and my partner are to be referred to a clinic for testing. I’m a bmi if 49 (I’m also very short which makes it very high also) but the appt is the 25th and I’m absolutely almost sure they will shrug us off because of my weight even though my periods are clockwork. I know my follicular phase, my luteal phase and the exact date I get my lh surge each month (day 17/18) so it’s not like I’m clueless about my cycle, it’s just not happening. Can anyone share how their doctors visits regarding overweight fertility went good or bad? I’m in the UK.
