it’s a long one ladies 😂

i can’t believe my little 1 pound 4 ounce baby boy is now 10 weeks and 1 day old weighing 4 pound 13 ounces and has also for the very first time today had 10ml of milk by bottle while on his low flow machine, i couldn’t have done the first few weeks without the support and love from my partner, sister and you lovely ladies on here! when i first had james-lee on the 3- april 2018 i really deep down thought he wouldn’t be here today, 16 weeks early and he’s an absolute fighter, i expected total silence and for him to not stay with me for longer than hour.. he came out crying and fighting to breathe, a day later (4-4-18) consultants found a big heavy bleed on his left side of the brain...at his 3 week and 6 week brain scan it was showing it was turning into fluid to be drained away.. a possibility he may have cerebral palsy but hey that’s not the worst thing in the world he will not be loved or treated any different at all, his eyes are checked every two weeks and are looking great (still a 50/50 chance he may need laser eye treatment), but i can say for only being 22 year old and first baby i haven’t cracked and i’ve gave him all the positivity he could need, i couldn’t be any more proud, he’s a little character and i can’t wait to bring him home 👪❤️💙

newcastle RVI nurses/consultants i couldn’t thank them enough for what they have done they are miracle workers and need to be praised every minute of everyday!!
