So I had my HSG on CD9 and my tubes were clear...ive was concerned because my temps have been super weird this month and I’m 11 days until my next period. Well my temp dropped below my cover line yesterday and I’ve been feeling moody all week like pms moody! Last night I started spotting like cd1 and it kept getting heavier and today is like cd2 - so I’m freaked out and call my OB who referred me back to the fertility doc - lo and behold I am having another period! The nurse said 1/50 women after this procedure somehow it basically tricks your body into thinking you ovulated (which explains the weird temps) and the estrogen drops causing basically a reset in your cycle! She said you and dh better get busy because for some reason when this happens it makes women super fertile! So fingers crossed!
