In general, which is better... what would you do
My husband & I might buy our first home! That, or we will rent another year. We’re 24 and 27, we both have good, promising jobs but we don’t make a whole lot of money yet, still climbing the latter!
Rent is insanely expensive where we live, and there’s a home we’ve toured that we LOVE. What would you do... Make an offer? Or is the simplicity of renting a better idea until we are making more money?
