Cycle counting
I always have a healed time with determining my cycle day 1. For example: this morning I had a dark brown spot on underwear. This afternoon when I wiped I had bright red that covered the toilet paper and a few clots. Tonight when I wipe, little red but mostly brown. Just wearing a liner but nothing on it so far. So...since I saw bright red and had a few clots do I count this as day 1???
