Due Date Change?

Does anybody know if a doctor will change your due date this late in the pregnancy? I’m 30 weeks and the baby is measuring 31w3d. My last baby was 9lbs and her shoulders got stuck during delivery. My doctor said this time she will induce me at 38 weeks, but now I’m wondering if she is going to bump up my due date and delivery me 2 weeks before the new due date.

They usually don’t change the due date but they might change your induction date. My baby is measuring big as well and they talked about 37 weeks being full term at my last appointment.  So they could potentially go a week earlier if the baby is measuring big enough to justify it.

My baby is measuring 2-3 weeks ahead they said they won’t change the due date but will do frequent ultrasounds to check on him.

I went to a new doctor and they said that we'll stick with my original due date of Aug 24th but because I'm measuring a little behind I could deliver around the 28th. Today I measured 29w 1d. Going by my lmp I should be 29w 5d.

Usually many doctors won’t change your due date unless you’re 2 weeks behind or ahead. I’m measuring a few days ahead and doc told me she’s still going by my lmp because it’s the most accurate and reliable.
