So I've had this issue for years and never bothered to get it checked but it's been bugging me.

in photo are of my hands right now. the dots are NOT raised or have anything inside them they are under the skin and just dots but when I get it and it only seems to happen in summer my whole hand itches and it only happens on the palm of my hands. Any one have any ideas at all what this is.

I tried to look online but can only find cases where the dots are raised and have puss inside or are peeling and this is not the case.
