16dpo with symptoms??

so i just bought a pregnancy test to try in the morning tomorrow.  ive been having symptoms such as fatigue,  throwing up almost on a daily,  backaches, minor cramps, and feeling bloated. says I'm 5 days missed period, but ive always been irregular. mind you i just got my mirena removed 05/08.  could i be pregnant? 🤞🏼

You need to test to know if you’re pregnant. You can diagnose that from symptoms only especially this early.
