5 days late

Hey guys, my period is officially 5 days late according to glow. I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative. Google had told me wait a full week but I just wanted to know. Anyway I have some of my usual pms symptoms like tender breast and mood changes. Also and this is TMI but I’ve put my fingers inside to check my CM and it just milky white. No pinkness at all. I did have sex on my ovulation date, now the only question is how long do I wait to re test?
