VERY abnormal please help.

my period is extremely weird. ive previously had it for a month straight, light flow, and super heavy flow. but the irregular schedule it isn’t what bothers me. it’s like i’m ALWYAS on my period. ever since i’ve had it for a month, i haven’t had a time where there’s absolutely nothing. there’s either brownish discharge, white discharge or actual blood. but there is a week or two when there is blood and it gets SUPER heavy and then continues the weird discharge thing after those weeks.

but i have to get up to change my tampon and pad a few times during the night. i told my doctor about it being irregular and she just said it’ll be on a normal schedule within a year or so. but i really don’t know why there’s discharge or why i’m basically always being on my “period” and/or weird discharge. idk what this is.
