NOT SURE WHERE TO PUT THIS: I have a friend that i am talking to who is really suicidal right now. He has been talking to me since maybe 8:30ish pm arizona time. My work has a no texting policy but i texted my friend anyways because he doesnt have many as is. I had 4 managers come up to me and say well even though your doing that i need you to do your job and stop texting. I was helping customers and doing claim slips while talking to him and i never ignored a customer and now i feel like i will either get coached or fired for texting my suicidal friend while at work. What can i do?
