Does anyone know if I can get my tongue 👅 pierced at 17 without parents consent in the state of New York?

you must be 18 or older to get a piercing without a guardian.  Your tongue, your parents can just sign a waiver.  Your nipples will have to wait until next year.  
Also, if you do happen to find a piercer who is willing to pierce you without permission... that is a red flag.  Please don't let them pierce you.

To many shops to know.. maybe one will but I doubt it. They could get into some serious trouble. I say ask a friend who's 18 to sign for you. that's legal.

every state i know of is 18 or older, or 16 with parents consent. You have one more year kid.
