I'm about three days late for my period, are having no PMS symptoms and no sign of AF anywhere. I did the Q-tip test, came back completely clean. I've been having all the pregnancy symptoms but my tests haven't shown up as a clear positive. This happened last time I was pregnant (in October), I was about 2 months along and I had a miscarriage. it was a traumatic experience but it never registered on a HPT. I saw my OBGYN afterwards and they saw that I had definitely been pregnant and had a miscarriage.

is it possible to be pregnant without it showing on the first response tests???
