Pregnant help

I took my morning pee and all of this stuff came out and I seen a little spot of blood. So I kept wiping I didn’t see anymore spots of blood. I washed my hands and stuck my fingers up there no more blood. But a lot of chunky discharge. I had a Pap smear and vaginal ultrasound Tuesday can that be the cause? Sorry this is gross ladies.
