What should I do?

My last period start date was April 29th. It may have lasted 3 to 4 days. I am now 20 days late for the month of may. I have had some lower back pains, sore breast, a little cramping.... but negative pregnancy tests??? I'm so confused.... HELP!

Answer

Stressing can cause a late period. I moved from a small town to a city moving away from family and friends not knowing anyone in the new city I was moving to. I was very isolated, comfort ate and lacked energy. Well so be it my period didn’t turn up that month, I was so confused and frustrated it hasn’t come. Taking text after test still nothing. I went from March till July without a period it was so stressful hoping for a baby which never happened. I visited the doctors they couldn’t explain it. I stopped stressing and enjoyed not having a period but then one day it came. 
Stay calm and don’t stress is all I can recommend if your not happy see your doctor. Good luck xx
