Progesterone suppositories??!

So I should be about 6 weeks pregnant, my hcg levels doubled every 30 hours and once I hit 2050 they stopped and scheduled my ultrasound, my only concern is I have been spotting some brown for the past week now, the doctors said it can be a combination of irritation from the progesterone suppositories and sex... I’m just freaking out because I had 3 miscarriages before this but every miscarriage my levels never doubled or got over 500... does the spotting sound concerning????
