Dark Clumps While On Period

I have a lotttt if dark clumps coming out during my period everytime I wipe I know they’re “blood clots” but why so many? I haven’t had any miscarriages and my periods are regular 28 day cycles. Only thing different this month was I started Concepta Fertility Supplements
