I’m so confused

Gotten my mirena removed 3/23 to try for baby number 2 . Gotten my cycle April and may i havent gotten my cycle this month yet but my body is way off, I took 5 test 2 were very fainted lines positive 3 were negative . Set an apt got a negative went to clinic and told them my situation test one was postive hour later test two was negative . I have a doctors apt tomorrow for a blood test so wish my luck .
