Help!! Sporting light pink in CM

I've been on Progesterone caps for a good two weeks. I am now 6 weeks and just experienced some spotting. It was light pink with a sticky CM as I wiped. No cramps but I'm panicking...

I miscarried at 5 weeks my first pregnancy.

I heard this could be a side affect. Prayers!!!
