Help!!! There are kittens!

So behind my apartment I've seen two feral cats for about a year. I always wondered if they had kittens not knowing the sexes of the cats obviously and ive thought about TNR but I don't have the resources (i.e a trap, or a vet to take them too since I don't go to school near home) Well just a couple of minutes ago I was sitting out side and saw this little kitten (probably about 3-4months old, I'm guessing this off of how big my cat was when I got her). Not really sure what to do now? Any advice?
