Only positive blood test

Has anyone been pregnant and it only showed up on a blood test? I’m 2 weeks late for my period and I’ve had 5 positives and then they just kinda stopped and went negative🤷🏼‍♀️ the last positive I got was last Saturday on the 9th and the rest have been negative: I have no symptoms of af, I just pee a lot! And have extremely dry mouth. These were my positives
