Mine was 39 at 4 weeks and I'll be ten weeks tomorrow 🤷🏽♀️ sometimes doctors don't know everything, like mine. I've had multiple miscarriages and my old doctor mentioned my progesterone levels are probably low. Well the other ones I spotted old blood for weeks and finally miscarried, which spotting can be caused by low progesterone. This time it started again and my new doctor wouldn't give it to me because there's no scientific evidence so I got progesterone cream and wouldn't you know!!! I stopped spotting the next day and I haven't miscarried. I hate her for that but🤷🏽♀️
Low hcg at 4 weeks???
I had an ectopic pregnancy in January which resulted in losing my left tube. My cycles never quite went back to normal but did start to decline: normal was 28, after ep 40, 36, 32. I got a positive hpt at 9pm on Monday which was day 27 of my cycle. I’ve taken a test every morning and the line is getting darker. I had blood drawn on weds morning and the dr said the level was very low (157) but it may be because I’m very early. Not sure at all what day I conceived as 3 dif apps had 3 dif fertile windows. I’ve had symptoms since mid day Monday (nausea, back pain, fatigue, serious heartburn) and I’m just so nervous I could have a miscarriage. I don’t think I can handle one after the trauma of the ep. has anyone else had low hcg at 4 weeks that went on to a successful pregnancy? I’m having more blood drawn tomorrow but won’t get results until Monday. My LMC was 5/15.

My hcg was 74 at 4 weeks and my baby is now 8 weeks old. I hate when doctors tell people “low”. What matters is that it doubles. I did ivf and they were happy with a starting number over 50.

My clinic checked levels 1x per week for 3 weeks. 74, 1,236 & 7,090 were my levels at 9, 16, & 23 days post 5 day transfer.

Hi! I just found this thread. If you don’t mind me asking how well did your levels rise? I did IVF my first beta at 4weeks was 86 and 2 days later 133.6... my doctor said it was adequate but I guess I’m just looking for from reassurance. Thanks for your help!

Right! I’d feel better if they told me nothing at all. I’d still have the worry but at least I’d have nothing to google and freak myself out.
I'm going through the exact same. I was 4 weeks 3 day. but I know I'm a bit earlier than this from ovulation and implantation. my hormone levels were 157 to. I had my second load of blood tests yesterday so I'm hoping they have doubled. I am feeling hopeful because like you i have back pain and sore booies. from experience every time I miscarry my boobs stop hurting. so from how my body is feeling I'm feeling very positive. from what your saying with symptoms I think you'll be fine... keep in touch and let me know what happens 😁
